Insurance & Pricing

We are an out-of-network provider, but we will work directly with your insurance company to help you obtain reimbursement whenever possible.

Many patients receive partial or full coverage depending on their plan.

If your insurance does not cover out-of-network visits, the cost of your appointment is $150.
