INSURANCE & PRICING
We are proud to provide high-quality, personalized care as an out-of-network provider.
We will work directly with your insurance company to help you get reimbursement for your visit whenever possible. Many patients receive partial or full coverage depending on their plan.
If your insurance does not cover out-of-network services, the cost of the visit is $150.
